The month of August is full of birthdays in my family. Living with my sister and her family means I got to be a part of my nieces 5th birthday, then have my own birthday a few days later. Emma chose to have a birthday party at Chuck-E-Cheese. With everything that has been going on around here lately, I think we all needed this one day to just feel like kids again and have some fun.
Then came my birthday. It fell on a Sunday, so it was a pretty relaxing day. Apparently my cake was the highlight of the day since I have so many pictures of it on here. Thanks to all of you who called, texted, facebooked me. or sent cards. You helped make my day special!
